A few benefits that I have experienced personally have been increased energy. This has allowed me to start an exercise program which in turn gives me even more energy adding to my healthy weight loss.
It has cut down my cravings for sweets. I would rather snack on fruits than chocolate. This is coming from a chocoholic of epic proportions!!
