I completed workout 10 and have made it 1/2 way through the challenge. Lots of fun today. It was mostly upper body with lunges of course.  Side lunge toe touches and reverse high knee lunges.  They weren’t too bad really. Day 14 of 30 Day Challenge

Short and sweet today.  I slacked. This head cold is kicking my ass.   I went to the health club and rode the bike for about 30 minutes at leveled intervals with an avg rpm of 95 to 100.  I pushed and I sweated. I skipped the EASactive work out.  back at it tomorrow. Written by

Whew, had a good mix of exercises today.  Running, high knees, and kick ups.  The high knee and kick ups were slow so they registered properly. Day 10 of 30 Day Challenge

I almost forgot to blog my results from yesterdays challenge.   This is day 10, and It was full of lunges…reverse high knee, standard, and side lunges with toe touches. It also included alternating shoulder extensions and bicep curls.  Volleyball was introduce – bumping and setting.  Using the Wii Balance Board includes lunges in the movements.  [...]
