I completed workout 10 and have made it 1/2 way through the challenge. Lots of fun today. Day 14 of 30 Day Challenge

Short and sweet today.  I slacked. This head cold is kicking my ass.   I went to the health club and rode the bike for about 30 minutes at leveled intervals with an avg rpm of 95 to 100.  I pushed and I sweated. I skipped the EASactive work out.  back at it tomorrow. Written by

Whew, had a good mix of exercises today.  Running, high knees, and kick ups.  The high knee and kick ups were slow so they registered properly.
