This week I gained weighed in at 194.2. That’s a +.8. I was a bit pissed off at first. then I decided to just shake it off. I spent last week trying to stay away from sweets and junk food, but didn’t succeed so much. I spent a lot of last week TRYING to get into the right mind for this. I think as of today I am there. I’m ok with the gain for now. This is a new week and a time to renew my focus.
I am still in the jump start phase of Jackie Warner’s plan. I am working well with my goals that I set last week.
- I will eat two eggs every morning YES
- I will eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning (steel cut oats) YES
- I will start each day with a glass of water with added lemon juice to wake up my metabolism. YES
- I will add an extra fruit into my diet every day YES
- I will add at least 2 cups of fresh veggies every day. 4 Days YES. 3 Days 1 cup
- I will drink a minimum of 80 ounces of water every day. Fell a little short 48-60 most days.
I am continuing this week with the same goals. I will work on the goals that I did not meet.
My exercise the past week was on game. I was at the health club Mon-Sat with out fail and worked my tail off.
Monday – Tennis (played hard, but played like crap)
Tuesday – Trekking class (killer intervals close to what Jackie preaches)
Wednesday – Tennis (still played like crap)
Thursday – Trekking class
Friday – Jackie style intervals on the treadmill
Saturday – Tabata Circuit Class (OMGosh! I was useless Sunday. At this moment I am still feeling the soreness in my biceps, triceps, shoulders, and quads/hamstrings). This is the hardest workout I have ever done. Every other week at my health club is tabata style.
So onto better things and hopefully poundage loss next week!
