Plus Size Bloggers 4 Weeks To A Better YOU! – Wrap Up to the March Challenge

Marches challenge over at Plus Size Bloggers is losing inches.

Here is my comparison from the beginning of the month to the end. I am happy with the results. I was hoping for a bit more in lost in the extremities, but still happy none the less!The first number is the starting number and the second, it my current measurement.

  • Neck: 14 / 14 (I wish I’d lose this fat neck!)
  • Upper Arm Left: 13 / 12.5
  • Upper Arm Right: 13 12.25
  • Chest: 37 / 34.5 (my chest is always the first to shrink. lol)
  • Waist: 38 / 37
  • Abdomen: 42 / 40.5
  • Hips (6″ below waist): 43 / 42.25
  • Upper Thigh left: 25 / 24.5
  • Upper Thigh right: 25.5 / 25
  • Calf left: 15.5 / 15.25
  • Calf right: 15.5 /15.25
  • Upper Knee left: 17 / 16.75
  • Upper Knee right: 16.5 / 16.5
  • Total Inches: 315 / 306.25

I have lost a total of 8.75 inches! How awesome is that! I actually pulled out some of my warm weather workout apparel from last year today, and had to immediately go out to the store and buy new. The shorts and capris were HUGE on me!!! I may not have lost my goal weight yet, but my body is slimming and I’m getting more toned. I am so much stronger. This challenge was a great reality check for me!

And just for my own reference my starting weight was 187. My current weight is 184.7 So weight wise, I didn’t lose much at all. But I’m ok with that since I’ve obviously lost plenty of FAT!!
