After being down and out of commission most of last week, I really had to watch my food intake. I didn’t exercise half of what I should have. I laid on the couch a lot!! I was probably the single worst cycle I have ever had. I was in so much pain for 3 days straight.
The good news is that I went to the doctor for a physical and blood work. As of right now, I haven’t heard back on any results, but my blood pressure, resting heart rate, and such were as healthy as could be.
My doctor took note of my weight loss. She was impressed with how I was doing and with the way I was doing it.
So after a lazy week and the same for the weekend, I knew I’d be down a bit since I had a huge water gain last week with my cycle.
This week I went right into it with my kickboxing class on Monday. I tell you, it was like back to square one again after not working out for a week! Class was tough! At least there were only 4 of us there so we got a lot of personal time with the trainer as she worked our asses off. I love that she has us do 2 ab circuits in the middle of the class. My abs are so sore today.
This morning I played tennis.
I weighed in first thing this morning and was so surprised. I did the step on the scale 3 times to make sure it read the same!!!
I am now officially UNDER 200!!!!!
