Weigh In – Shrinking Violet Despite…

I worked hard all week.  I worked out. I ate well.  I kept up on plan….all to blow it over the weekend.

We had the birthday party for our kids so of course birthday cake was involved….lots of birthday cake.  I find that I have no self control when it comes to birthday cake.  I sucked.

It’s a new week now and while off to a rough start today, tomorrow is a new day and I will try my darndest to keep it together.

Well despite the gluttony over the weekend, I did manage to lose just a little.

201.9 (-0.3 lbs)

So I lost -0.3 lbs this week.  not much, but I’ll take it!!

I did try something new last week that probably helped save me. Friday, I tried a spin class! I sweated moreso than in my kickboxing class. It was amazing!  My tailbone was pissed off at me, I forgot my gel pad for the seat.  My legs were screaming by the end of the hour. I loved it! I can’t wait to go this Friday!

So I now have 2 days of cardio tennis, 2 days of regular league play of tennis, a kickboxing class, AND spin class!

Goals for this week are simple…since I already blew Monday nutrition wise, the rest of the week, I need to be meticulous with my meals!
Keep up the water, and beat my Fitbit activity goal at least 5 days out of 7!

I’m keeping most of my Fitbit Profile public so keep an eye on what I do the rest of the week!  I need all the encouragement I can get! I can’t self sabotage anymore! I need to get to that <200 mark!!!!
