I am starting to get sick of all this up and down. No matter how well I eat and exercise, it never fails….every 2 weeks I have another upswing.
Here I am again….after a 2 weeks of decent loss, it’s THAT time of month yet again and I gained. Now logically I know that the gain I am seeing is nothing more than hormones and bloat, but still to see a wicked gain on the scale is still disheartening.
I’m just keeping this short since there’s no sense of dwelling on it. I do have a doctor appointment on Thursday where I plan to have some blood work done to try to find out why I am going through 2 week cycles rather than 4 week. There has to be an explanation!
I gained 1.6 pounds this week. I’ll just keep going at it. It just lengthens the time for me to get to that under 200 mark. That’s the most disappointing since it should have been in grasp this week.






THAT is part of being of the female species and I know you can get plus off this week. I would be willing to bet it is water weight gain.

Thanks Trish. I know it’s water weight. It still sucks though. lol Next week will be better. Hopefully I’ll have some answers and adjustments that can be made after my blood work is in and I get my nutritional consultation with Dr. Brooke too!
I feel the same way however it doesn’t seem fair as I’m not even trying as of late. I remember the feeling though when I was young working really hard and then gaining a pound or two — so frustrating. Then-I see that show on t where they workout intensely for like 3 months and lose almost 100 pounds which makes me sooooo want to do that but know I’d die of a heart attack. I need someone to yell in my face to get me going —
