Wednesday Weigh In – Moving on Down

The last couple of days, I have had a really good feeling about this weeks weigh in.  I knew last week I gained because of nature, and I didn’t let it get me down.  I knew I would be back on track this week, but wasn’t sure if I would just lose what I gained last week, or actually lose a bit more….I lost just a tiny bit more. :-) So I can say I am at my lowest weight so far, and closer to my current goal of getting below 200.   It has made me want to work even harder to get to that point.    With the hard work I have put forth the last few weeks, I see myself hitting this goal in no more than 3 weeks.
