Today is day 28, but the 30 day challenge had 20 workouts in it, and today I completed the LAST one! What a fantastic feeling of finishing something! I did it!!!
It was a well rounded workout…it had a little bit of EVERYTHING in it. The only thing that gave me issues were the jump exercises….jump squats, jump lunges, and side to side jumps. I still have a bit of extra weight on me that makes these exercises a bit tough on the knees. Realistically I should have skipped them, but it was a challenge to complete each and every exercise in this challenge. I did it! From here on out, I am going ot have to take better care of my knees or I could risk injury. They aren’t “hurting,” they’re just a bit more sore than the rest of my body.
Today’s workout burned 214 calories and earned me a a cool trophy. I just don’t understand why it didn’t award me the trophy for completing the 30 day challenge in less than 30 day??? I was robbed!!!! lol
I am missing only 3 trophy’s.
*The less than 30 days to complete the 30 day challenge – I was gyped!
*Burn 10,000 calories – I am to about 8300 so it’s not too far off, but still a ways.
*Complete 50 workouts – I don’t know my total workouts, but I have to be close!
