It’s Mother’s Day, and I am still recovering a little from being under the weather yesterday. I was determined to get my workout fit in today though.
It was pretty easy. It had a nice variety of lunges, high knee reverse lunges. I could have done without the jump lunges or the jump squats, but made it through.
I made it through all 24 inline skating jumps both times around. They are tough and my legs were really starting to shake. There wasn’t any running today. The warm up and cool down was the dance stuff.
I would say out of the whole program, the dance stuff is just worthless. It doesn’t do much for me at all. It’s boring compared to the Wii Fit Step Dance programs.
I burned 220 calories. Only two more workouts to go!!!!
