Day 24 of 30 Day Challenge

Today’s workout was much lighter than yesterdays!  The focus was on the upper body with a couple sets of simple side to side lunges and reverse high knee lunges.  Not bad at all.  No running, no jumping.  My legs are soooo sore from the workout.  I intended on going to the club to at least walk or ride a bike today, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.
I kind of feel like I am coming down with something.  I have no energy.
So today’s workout burned 186 calories.
I think I am going to take tomorrow off as a total rest day. I just don’t feel well.
