Breakfast Fruit Smoothie Recipe

My favorite breakfast is a yummy fruit smoothie.   I thought I would share my recipe.  It’s nothing mind blowing, and it’s pretty much the same fruit smoothie that most people make.  You can make your own variations with what you prefer.

6-8 ounces of skim milk
1/2 cup(ish) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup (ish) strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup(ish) fresh baby spinach
1 scoop Nuriche Food n Fiber
1 scoop Nuriche LIVE
1 scoop Nuriche Vegetein

Blend it baby!  Put it in your favorite blender and blend it until it’s smooth.  Yummo!

Now I will usually use frozen strawberries.  That way I don’t have to use ice to make it frozen slush-like.  The frozen fruits do that for you. I’ll almost always use bananas and blueberries, but will switch up the other fruits with raspberries, blackberries, and others. Sometimes I add a couple Tbs of plain yogurt and a dash of vanilla extract.

*I am an independent distributor of Nuriche, but I am only a distributor because I use it and love it, and save a few buck as a distributor.  It’s a great healthy supplement that is nothing but “good for you” ingredients.   If you want more info, just click the link above or contact me, I’d be happy to talk to you about it.   One thing to note is that before I started taking it, I had about 3 to 4 migraines per month.  Since using it, I do not have any.  I ran out for almost 2 weeks and had my first migraine in months this past Monday.  Thankfully, my shipment came in today and was able to get back on it.  :-)   Yay!
