Weigh In – WTF

Well, despite my hard work and vigilant eating….I gained almost a pound back.   Not sure what happened.  I should have lost at least 1.5 pounds.
Not happy about it, but not brooding over it.  I am eating healthier and that’s what ultimately counts.

I’ll take my measurements and see if I lost any inches.  It doesn’t seem possible that I could, but maybe muscle mass is starting to build.
Onward to next week and lets dial it down even tighter on the food.

I made a nice dinner for me and the kids tonight.   I heated up some shrimp (pre-cooked) then roasted some broccoli and baby carrots with garlic and olive oil.  It was delish and the kids even ate it all!
